Severson, John (20 MAR 1874 - 14 Apr 1914)

John Severson died at his home northeast of this city (Greenwood, Clark County, Wis.), Tuesday night at 10:30 o’clock from pneumonia. He had been ill only a week and was not though to be in a serious condition.

He had been a resident of this community for some thirty years and had followed the occupation of farmer.

Deceased was born in Norway March 20, 1874, and came to this country when a small boy. He leaves a wife and six children to mourn his sudden departure from this life.

Funeral services were held from the M.E. Church Thursday afternoon, Rev. A.B. Dyre officiating. Interment was made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
