McConnell, George K. (3 Feb 1868 - 19 Feb 1929)
George Kennedy McConnell was born Feb. 3, 1868 in Hamilton, Mo., and came with his parents to Greenwood, Clark County, Wis. in the year of 1879.
He passed away the 19th day of February 1929. He leaves to mourn one son of Ellsworth, Wis., three sisters, Mrs. Mary Brown of Glen Flora, Wis., Mrs. Bell Jordan of Portland, Ore., Mrs. Elizabeth Christie of Greenwood, Wis., and two brothers, James and Robert of Greenwood, Wis.
Deceased was well known throughout this vicinity and was respected by all.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church, Friday, Feb. 22, 1929, Rev. Householder officiating. Interment was made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
