Garbusch, Lizzie (1897? - 9 Augl 1919)
Lizzie Garbusch, a young woman of the town of Grant, Clark County, Wis., was so badly burned Saturday that she died soon after. She was attempting to light a fire and in some way her clothing caught fire.
Her sister who works for Mr. and Mrs. H. F. Grow had gone home for a visit, taking Mr. and Mrs. Grow's two little girls with her and the younger girl Grace was the only person present when the accident happened, but fortunately was not injured.
The deceased was about 22 years of age and had lived all her life at home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Garbusch.
The funeral was held Wednesday at the Grant Lutheran Church.
