Reddan, Maria (11 APR 1846 - 24 Feb 1920)
Miss Maria Reddan died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Mansford Eliott of Warrens, Wis., Feb. 24, 1920. She was born at Huntly, Canada, April 11, 1846, and came to Wisconsin about 35 years ago. She lived on the Reddan farm north of Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. several years and then moved to the city. The past few months she has made her home with her sister at Warrens, where she died. She was a woman of keen intelligence and a sound standard of life, and won the respect of all who knew her.
Her surviving relatives are three sisters: Mrs. Eliott of Warrens, Mrs. Curry of St. Mary's, Pa., Mrs. Javis in Canada; and one brother, John Reddan in Washington. The remains were brought here for burial, the funeral taking place at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Friday.
