Mr. James A. Short and Miss Ella Brown were quietly married at the M. E. Parsonage Nov. 27, 1918, Rev. L. B. Colman officiating. The groom is one of the most prominent citizens of the town of Washburn, Clark County, Wis., and a leading farmer. The bride's home is near Greenwood, Clark County, but she lived in the town of Grant when a young girl and is well known by many friends here. She is a young lady of exceptionally fine qualities. We join in offering good wishes and congratulations.
