Lillyblad, Lorraine H. (13 JUL 1925 – 27 OCT 2016)

Lorraine H. Lillyblad, 91, Clintonville, formerly of Prior Lake, Minn., died on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, at the Pine Manor Healthcare Center in Clintonville. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 29, at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Robert Eberhardt officiated. Interment will be in the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minn. Casket bearers were nephews and friends.

Lorraine Helen Berthold was born on July 13, 1925, in Willard, the daughter of Morris and Celia (nee Clinstman) Berthold. She attended the Wildwood grade school in Willard through the eighth grade. She married Kenneth Lillyblad in October 1963. Lorraine worked as a caretaker, cook and housekeeper in the Minneapolis area.

She is survived by two brothers, Donald and Victor Berthold; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and two great-great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lillyblad, in 2004; a brother, Leonard Berthold; her parents; and a niece, Connie.
