Kaudy, Delores A. (Orlikowski) (20 MAR 1927 - 13 APR 2017)
Delores A. Kaudy, 90, of Stetsonville passed away on Thursday, April 13 at the
Clark County Health Care Center.
She was born on March 20, 1927 to Frank and Marie (Mary) Orlikowski in Bevent,
WI. She attended grade school in Bevent, where she also completed high school.
She married Jack Kaudy on May 17, 1948 in Baraboo, WI.
Delores was a housewife for many years. Along with her husband, she managed the
family mink ranch until 1972. She later went on to work at Marathon Cheese until
her retirement.
In her spare time Delores enjoyed spending time with her family at home and at
their cabin on Hulls Lake, embroidery, bowling, her flower gardens, reading,
refinishing furniture, and shopping. Delores loved her dogs Abby & Sadie. She
was a member of Ladies Aid at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Delores also loved
celebrating her birthdays with her daughters at Phil and Eleanor’s Steakhouse.
Delores is survived by her husband, Jack; children, Mary Wojtowicz of Roseville,
MN, Diane Dittrich of Westboro, Jeanette Kaudy of Marshfield, Jim (Sue) Kaudy of
Hewitt, and Susie Hubbard of Medford; 11 grandchildren, Jessica, Amy, Kelly,
Linsdey, Lisa, Wendy, Angie, Shelby, JD (Bud), Carley, & Maxwell; 7
great-grandchildren, Grace, Tommy, Jack, Keegan, Lily, Spencer & Ava.
Delores his preceded in death by her parents; daughter Jane Kaudy Marx in 2010;
Brother, Robert Orlikowski; sisters Alma & MaryJane Orlikowski.
A memorial mass for Delores will take place at 11:00 AM on Friday April 21 at
Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father Phil Juza & Deacon Bryan Hilts
officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. A Rosary Service will take
place on Friday, April 21 at Holy Rosary at 9:30 AM, and visitation will follow
until the time of services at 11:00 AM.
Memorial donations may be made to the family for a future designation.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford and Rib Lake has been entrusted with
arrangements.
