Riedel, Rudy C. (12 OCT 1907 – 20 MAY 1974)
Mr. Rudy C. Riedel, Spencer, died May 20, 1974, at St. Joseph's Hospital,
Marshfield. Funeral services were held Thursday, May 23, 1974 at 1:30 p.m. at
Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer, with burial in the Town of Lynn Cemetery.
Rux Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Rudy Riedel was born October 12, 1907 in the Town of Lynn (Clark Co., Wis.).
He was a truck driver for Foremost of Owen, and Bulk Transport of Madison. He
moved to Spencer in 1970.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Donna) Klumb, West Bend, Wis., and
Mrs. Carol Ustby, Madison, Wis.; six grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. John
(Anita) Kelley, Neillsville; Mrs. Ralph (Selma) Heinze, Spencer, Mrs. Ted
(Elsie) Beilke, Granton, and Mrs. Alfred (Leona) Moldenhauer, Granton; two
brothers, Mr. Louis Riedel, Granton, and Mr. Paul Riedel, Granton.
The Rev. William Ruhbusch officiated at the funeral service, and pallbearers
were Charles Riedel, Norman Beilke, Rick Beilke, Norman Braatz, Gary Humboldt,
and Randy Klumb.
Mrs. Arnold Stelzl, was organist, with Mrs. Russell Lang singing "Rock of Ages"
and "Jesus Christ, My Sure Defense."
