The Norbie Pabich family left last Friday on a 10-day vacation trip, which they
are enjoying camping at various sites in northwestern Wisconsin.
Last week Mr. and Mrs. Herb Stock and children, Jacki, Toni, Casey, Kelly, Mike
and Billy had a pleasant outing camping at sites around Wisconsin Dells, Baraboo
and Devils Lake.
Barbara Lehnen put her dad to shame while trout fishing with him south of Thorp
one day last week. Barb came up with a 14-inch brook trout that weighted 1 3/4
pounds.
Mrs. Anna Oertwig returned recently from a month's visit with her son and
daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Oertwig of Thornton, Colorado, and other
relatives and friends in the Denver area.
Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Sailer and children and her mother, Mrs. Anna Caps, drove
to Marquette, Michigan on Friday, visiting the weekend at the home of Mrs.
Sailer's sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. James Hyppa. On Saturday they attended
the Open House activities at K.I. Sawyer AFB. They toured the largest airplane
in the world, which carries 100,000 pounds of cargo, and reported that the
performance of the world know famous Thunderbirds was really outstanding.
Mrs. Shirley Kelley entered Memorial Hospital at Stanley on Saturday for medical
treatment.
