Olson, Kenneth (Honored - 1982)
Kenneth Olson, a former business man and mayor of Neillsville was honored on
Tuesday evening by the staff of Sunburst Youth Homes, Inc. of Neillsville.
Olson recently announced that he was retiring from Sunburst after eleven years
of employment at the child care center for developmentally and emotionally
disturbed.
Olson, who resides with his wife on Grand Ave., was a co-owner and operator of
Model Laundry for many years and also served several terms as the city’s mayor.
The Tuesday night celebration was held at the Neillsville Country Club.
