All that remains of grave markers inside the stone fence are two or three bases, the stones broken off. |
This cemetery is located on Essroc property, adjacent to home of Cathy Patus on LaSalle Street in Sellersburg Silver Creek Twp.
At this time, I have no index for this location. NO stones remain, although there are several surviving bases inside the large stone fence.
Judge Steven Fleece's Community Service Corps recently cleared the area and removed a number of trees from the site.
We know of one surviving stone, which is in the possession of one of the descendants for safekeeping. All the others have been broken and have vanished.
