Marie Benedict
January 26, 1919 - January 12, 1920
Marie
Benedict was the infant daughter of William E. and
Susanna (nee Davis) Benedict.
William E. Benedict was the oldest son of Sanford W.
Benedict, who in
turn was the oldest son of Adonijah Benedict.
Therefore, Marie M. Benedict was a great granddaughter to Adonijah
Benedict, a pioneer of York Township and a Civil War veteran.
Likewise, she was a sister to Lulu Kronberger and
Nyle Benedict who are
both buried in York Center Cemetery.
