He married third, Precelia Hannah. She was born Aug. 10, 1828 in TN. Isaac and Precelia appear in the 1860, 1870 and 1880 census for Franklin Butte Precinct. Their children: William Elliott, Henry King, James L., Minerva E., George W., Joseph Riley, Rebecca Jane, Harlan, Andrew L., Isaac Allen and Celia Ann; are enumerated with them over the 20 year range.

Isaac died 31 May 1887. Precelia died May 12, 1895
